The Tripura police with its motto "VEERTA BANDHUTA" is serving the People of Tripura since 1965.The job of policeman is dynamic, interactive and challenging. The Tripura Police with the co-operation of the people has successfully faced several challenges including terrorism. To bring the Police closer to the public, Tripura Police have celebrated Police Day this year also i.e 2009.
